Dear readers,
We are tired of seeing the drama betweeen the Anna Hazare and the governemnt of India regarding the Lokpal Bill. It clearly says that the people at the power is not ready to renouce the corruption from the fucntioning of the government. It clearly state that the politicicans were looting India in the name of deocracy and considering the people as donkeys for everytime. Now iit is the time for the people to show their might and tell the politicians that they are servants of the people and not he boss of the people. So act and show them what people of India mean to them. The congress brought freedom to India and Nehruvian governements looted India in the name of democracy. So the leaders of the age old party is not ready to support the strong lokpal and help people to have faith in democracy.

What does it mean to be an independent Country?

India celebrated its 65^th Independence day on August 15, 2011 to commemorate its freedom from the colonial rule of Britain in 1947. But this country has not yet understood the meaning of its independence. The independence is given to a person, society and country to decide its own matters with complete freedom and sovereignty. And India has declared itself as Republic Country in 1950 to assert its sovereignty in the world. Now this country shows the signs of decay in its democratic administration by protecting the corrupt officials along with Prime minister, legislators and Judiciary. The arrest of Anna Hassare on August 16, 2011 shows the prevailing colonial concept in dealing with criticisers of Indian Corruption and non-transparency in governmental business. The Hassare adopted the method of fasting unto death, which was the method of Mahatma Gandhi to react to the colonial rule of British and brought freedom to Indians. At that time the Indians admired Gandhi and declared himself as father of the Nation. Now the sons of Gandhi can’t adopt the method of father in their lives. The present corrupt Manmohan government under the leadership of a foreign lady has declared fasting as wrong and arrested him for disturbing law and order situation of country. What does it mean to be a peaceful country?

If the citizens accept all corruption and support the corrupt prime minister and his officials, then the country is peaceful for these corrupt persons to loot the public wealth under the protection of democracy. Therefore it is high time for the citizens of India to decide on its future and set aside the congress party which promote the corruption and non-transparency in India. The citizens have to unite under the new party called Democratic people’s party of India to fight against corruption in India. In this party there should not be any hereditary rule and leaders will be elected by its members through a democratic process. The prime quality of the leader has to be transparency and non-corrupt personality.

The freedom of this country is given to its people and not to its looters. So decide now and act. Protect the country form the corrupt persons and don’t allow the corrupt persons to continue in the offices. Sent them out through dismissal otherwise use force to eliminate them. As the corrupt persons use the force against non-corrupt persons, the non-corrupt persons have the same right to protect them and fight back to establish the right rule in our Country. So sent the corruption and its propagators out as we sent Britishners in 1947. This is the meaning of freedom for us true Indians.

Stop Corruption and Save Football. So cancel the World Cup 2022 Hoisting at Qatar

Dear Friends,

I have written about the human right violation in connection with Asian Cup Foot ball match hoisted by Qatar in 2011. They were not having many viewers from Qatar Nationalities. So they were forcing the Indian and other expatriates to fill the stadium with viewers and they gave us free pass to fill the stadium. They even published in the news paper that entry for the Asian foot ball final match will be free. The government were also part of this operation the prince to the throne (second in Command in Qatar) has personally requested the management of the MES Indian School to sent 5000 students to stadium to fill the seats and impress the FIFA and international agencies that Qatar has enough viewers in football event. Actually it was a fooling of the international media and agencies. It will be agreeable if the FIFA has given this tournament to Saudi Arabia or any other nation which has lovers and viewers of football. But the decision of FIFA to hold 2022 world cup in Qatar shows the money power and thinking pattern of the Muslim world that they can purchase anything with natural resource money. This money belongs to citizens of the Nations. But Muslim world has never accepted this right of the people and amalgamated wealth with the money of the natural resources. And they have not worked for it. Instead it is a nature’s gift to them that belongs to whole humanity and they have forgotten this fact and they raise the price of the natural resource as if it was created and produced by them.

According to me the FIFA should abolish this nasty awarding of hoisting world cup to Qatar in 2022. The reasons for this are the following

1. They don’t have enough viewers in their country and a world event like world cup of football should not be reduced to an Island country which survives only on the natural resources.

2. The citizens of that country never respect anybody’s human right. They live by employing other human like slaves. If they want to hoist the world event they should first abolish the sponsorship laws over there and employ humans with freedom to choose their job in accordance with their choice. The free world and democratic Nations should not reduce the event of freedom i.e. football or any game to a Nation that propagate slavery and laziness of their citizens at the expense of natural resources and other nationalities.

3. The free event like games has to be hoisted by a country which upholds ethical and moral values. Here the country itself is involved in the corruption and reduced the events and other people as their subordinates in terms of value. They think that they can bypass anything with the money, which they don’t actually work for. The invention of using crude oil as a source of energy belongs to scientists of Western Nations. But the Middle East world benefitted most with this invention and they propagate terrorism and corruption with this money. They don’t give any message to world with this money or wealth. Instead they propagate slavery and corruption. Now they want to sent this message of laziness and slavery with corruption to the whole world. Therefore FIFA should not become an agency to propagate this nasty message of the Muslim world to whole world.

4. I was terminated from my teaching job due to my writing and sent back to India. And it is proved in their action that they are not ready to correct their behaviour and put things in right order instead others want to follow their slavery and corruption.

5. The FIFA, if they uphold the ethical and moral values of humanity they need to act now and cancel the awarding of hoisting the world cup event to Qatar in 2022. This will give a clear message that games are not reduced to unethical and corrupt practices. If FIFA won’t correct their decisions, then I would like not to watch the games in my life. Because games are the universal human events where human beings unite together on the basis of fair and justice decision. It upholds the value of truth and non-corruption. So save the game and humanity and it is not the money that should rule the world instead it should be the value and truth that should rule the world and any international affairs.

Hope FIFA would act in promptness and re-conduct the awarding ceremony in a fair and non-corrupt manner and It can eliminate those countries which involved in a corrupt practices. And if the members feel to award this event to any newly democratic Muslim country of the Middle East that upholds the freedom and ethical values of democracy.

Qatar Shobuldn't be allowed to participate in the Bid for 2022 World Cup

It is my high opinion that Qatar shouldn't be allowed to participate in the World cup bid of 2022. Because it propagates the modern slavery under the name of sponsorship of workers and allow its citizens to gain lot of money under this draconian law. It is unfair that a worker has to pay sponsorship fee to a citizen of this country. The worker comes here to earn his livelihood out of the sweat of his/her forehead. If so, the Qatar doesn't have the right to accumulate wealth in the name of a foreign worker. We have to realize the fact that 90% of Qatar's population is migrant workers and the citizens of Qatar simply sit at home and earn money out the hard earned money of the foreign worker through sponsorship. The modern democratic world should not encourage this country, which thrive on the money from the slavery. So the modern educated and democratic world should insist that Qatar has to renounce this draconian law in order to participate in the World cup bid of 2022 in this December. The sporting event shouldn't come to a country which encourages the slavery.

Why they insist on the sponsorship law, which states that the employee has to get the permission from the sponsor to work in this country and leave this country. It is because of their fear that their own act of violence in the form of modern slavery and support to terrorist group by giving financial aid and communication support through its national media may turn into their own destruction. The sponsorship law shows the inefficiency of its police and other departments in dealing with the persons of law violators. It also shows the lack of faith in other human beings . who were brought here in the name of work and other related field. Actually the Qataries are taking up the slaves form other moderns democratic countries and insisting upon the foreign nationals a system of slavery. This has to be stopped by the world community. No nation has the right to exploit the citizens of other Nations under any law. If a person has come her to work, he is free to work her as long as he obeys the universal justifiable laws of the country and he/she is also free to leave this country, if he finds that the present jobs doesn't suit his life and qualification.

So let the sporting event may be given to the Nations, which supports the freedom and free trade in the modern global economy. Apart from that the Qatar insist that all the trade can be started here under WLL (With Limited Liability) system, where by the Qatar nationalities will get half of the profit made by the owner and manager of the business. This is unfair system of trade and clear injustice done to the persons, who engage in business. So the lovers of freedom and democracy unite together air your views regarding this law of Qatar. And force them to change the law before the bid take place in DECEMBER,2010.

Corporial Punishement in Teaching- Learning Process

It is a haunting question for me for long years that whether the corporeal punishement can be allowed in descipline the learner. If corporeal punishment is withdrawn from discipline the child, then what will be the alternative method of discipline. If there is no alternative method of discipline then why should we renounce the well developed and effective methodology of corporeal punishment. It shows there is a strong dislike to this method by the parents and children. Then the natural question emerges in the mind of a teacher, who is there to dicipline the child and teach him new things. How can we teach the new things in a noisy atmosphere, where children have more interest in play rather than study. And the teacher and learner know that the teaching-learning process is not a joyful experience. Then where is the relevance of the Bruner's famous slogan that learning is a joyful expereince. It is a common scene to see a small kid reluctantly entering the school gate carrying a heavy school bag, sometime heavier than the child. They are under increasing physiccal, metnal and emotional pressure to come up to the expectations of parents, teachers and perr groups. Studies are rather becoming like a race, where children have to run like horses.
A school is a place where a child spends his most valuable and enjoyable 5-6 hours. A child loves going to school and considers it a joyful learning experience. But today, this schooling is becoming a headache and a burden for children whether small or big, making it a torturing experience. If this is the situation in every school how can we say that learning is a joyful experience. I can say form my own experience of 28 years of study that learning is a painful and difficult work I have ever taken up in my life. It involves by hearting, understanding, research, experimentation, peer tutoring, long hours of sitting and dosing while study and great concentration. And I have not done these activities in my life with joy but with difficulty and pain. If so Why should we mislead others by stating that learning is a joyful exerience. If anyone say a foolish statement, we need not support that statement irrespective of that fact. So let us have the courage to say that learning is difficult and it is a painful activity. If it is the case then, we need discipline in our life to master new knowledge and imbibe the new learning. Then the teacher has to be allowed to use some corporeal punishement to discipline the Child. Otherwise the child will not come forward for the study and mastering the new areas of knowledge. So my suggestion is to change the laws passed by the countries to abolish corporeal punishement from the school. And allow the teacher to discipline them and impart new education to them. It is this process of imparting education only will ensure the progress of the nation through an educated society.
If the nation is not willing to repeal the law of corporeal punishment then the progress of the Nation will be affected by the callous attitude of the teachers and noisy behaviour of the children in the calss room. The children won't be able to keep silence and engage in learning by mere advice and scolding. Sometime the fear of the teacher will force the children to learn new things. This fear can be created only through the corporeal punishement. It is a bad notion that love the teacher enable the students to have new learning.Nowdays the love towards the teacher is misused by the children to engage in mischievous affars and avoid the punishment. It is stated that the no nation can think beyond the level of a teacher. So trust teachers and entrust your children to teachers to teach them new ways of living in this modern society. For obeying the teacher nad maintating the discipline of the class the coporeal punishement is required. So teachers and professionals unite together to air your voice and bring back the trust of the people back into your hands. Tell the world about your experience in the class and enable the politicians to repeal the draconian law that copporeal punishment is not allowed in the Country . If the teacher is not entitled to use the corporeal punishemnt, then it will be like asking the police to maintain law and order without any arm and only through advice. So readers think whether it is possible to maintain the discipline with out corporeal punishment. Your views are invited.

It is very difficult to change an exisiting system eventhough it is rotten to its core. Because people consider that exisitng system is more comfortable than the system going to come.Otherwise people are not ready to correct thei age old traditions and customs eventhough there are wrong and not updated. This is very much true with regard to the religon. The God has not established any Religion instead the human being have established Religion in order to conduct a business with people in the name of their faith and religious practices. These practices are charged by the priests of every Religion in order to maintain their life. This system of trading the faith of faithful has to be eradicated among the people. For this the people has to realize that God is loving and have more concern towards you rather than the human being. So an ordinary human being doesn't require any intermediary between that person and God. The human has to learn this new method of living in this world. So dear readers think and act and have good relatioship with the almighty.

Golden Jubilee Celebration of Jacobite Patriarchs

I am not infavour of inviting non-believes such as communist into the ceremony of a believer in Christ. Coomunism by its ideology and practice work against the church and Christianity particular. And I am of th opeinion is that patriach should not have given permission to communist to participate in the golden jubilee celebration of your priestly ordination. And it point out for what you were standing for. It seems that you stood for the fame and not for the truth and witness of Christ. If you stood for Christ then how can you have friendship with satan- communist. So be a ggod witness to Christ, the martyrs of Christ stood for the faith and not for their earthly glory. Act with faith and not with money,power and fame.
